Our Agent Referral Program gives real estate professionals a trusted resource for clients who need professional property management. We handle the responsibilities that come with managing the rental — you keep the relationship you've already built.

You keep the relationship

Referring a client to Norcal Living doesn't mean handing it over. Our role is to professionally manage the property and support the owner for as long as they choose to hold it as a rental.

We hand it back when it matters

When their plans change and they're ready to talk about selling, we make sure you're brought back into the conversation — every time.

The referral loop

Your client's relationship with you doesn't end at referral — it continues through the rental and picks back up when it's time to sell.

  1. You refer — You introduce your client to Norcal Living when they decide to hold and rent.
  2. We manage — We handle the rental day-to-day for as long as the owner chooses to hold it.
  3. You reconnect — When they're ready to sell, we bring you back in for the next chapter.

How the program works

  1. 01 — Make the introduction

    Send us your client's information and a few details about the property. With their permission, we'll reach out and introduce them to our property management services.

  2. 02 — We manage the rental

    Our team handles leasing, resident communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property oversight, and the ongoing responsibilities of managing the home.

  3. 03 — You receive a referral fee

    When an eligible referral becomes a Norcal Living property management client, you'll receive a referral fee as a thank-you for the introduction.*

  4. 04 - We keep you connected

    Your relationship with the client matters. If the owner decides to sell the property in the future, we'll reconnect them with you for the next chapter of their real estate journey.
